The upcoming 4th CHINET Aviacargo Conference is to again, bring aviation, Cargo and insurance stakeholders and regulators together in Lagos on 22nd of August, 2024.
CHINET is the only Air Cargo Event in West Africa organised by ATQNEWS LTD since the past four years.
This year, the Commissioner of National Insurance Commission ( NAICOM), Mr. Olusegun Omosehin will be a special Guest at the 4th CHINET Aviacargo Conference.
This year’s event will have a strong cast of Insurance Professionals led by the NAICOM commissioner.
Other Insurance CEOs listed to grace the occasion include the former Chairman of African Insurance Brokers Association Chief Babajide Olatunde-Agbeja, Mr. Eddie Efekoha, GMD Consolidated Hallmark Holdings .

The topic of the relationship between Airlines and Insurance will be led by Mr. Eddie Efekoha with Messers Fajemirokun, Apampa & Ms. Omowale Olatunde-Agbeja as discussants.
The Aviation regulations for Air Cargo will be delivered by the Acting DG of NCAA Capt Chris Najomo while the Managing Director of FAAN, Mrs Olubunmi Kuku and the new Directorate of Cargo Development Services will showcase the Pivotal Role FAAN and it’s Airports have been playing in growing Air Cargo in Nigeria.
The CEO of the most successful Airline in Nigeria, Capt. Edward Boyo will share his Experience with the Audience while the Aviation Panel will be Moderated by the General Secretary of Aviation Round Table Olumide Ohunayo.
Panelists will Include the President of Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association of Nigeria Dr. Alex Nwuba.

Group Capt. John Ojikutu will speak on the Opportunities of Domestic Air Cargo in Nigeria while Ayo Ife-Lewis of Domestic Air Cargo Powerhouse Greater Washington will speak on the Challenges of Domestic Air Cargo in Nigeria.
Export Integrity and Security will be handled by the CEO of Pathfinders Mrs. Nkechi Onyeso. Officials of Nation NAFDAC, Nigerian Agricultural Quarantine Services NAQS will be sharing the role of their Agencies in Guaranteeing the product Integrity of Exports from Nigeria.
The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) and Africa Association of Professional Freight Forwarders and Logistics of Nigeria (APFFLON) will be explaining their roles in the growth of Air Cargo Business in Nigeria.
