Aviation and Aerospace development Minister, Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, is to lead industry players to the 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Nigeria Air Traffic Controllers’ Association (NATCA) , holding in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

According to a statement by Mr. Abayomi Agoro and Rev Felix Agbonlahor President and Secretary of NATCA respectively, the theme of this year’s conference is ‘Airspace Management and Contingent Cost Recovery Plan: Proposing a New Approach.

The duo disclosed that Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubura, will be the special guest of honor;  former board Chairman of FAAN, Chief Sergeant Chidi Awuse is expected to be the royal father of the day while Elder Dr. Gbenga Olowo will chair the occasion.

Dr. Alex Nwuba, Chairman Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of Nigeria, will deliver a keynote address, Mr George Ureisi, COO Ibom Air and Capt Diepiriye Charles retired DC 10 pilot are the guest speakers.

According to the statement, the 52nd AGM/Conference which has been scheduled to hold at the Golden Tulip Hotel Port Harcourt, Wednesday 25th October at 10 am, will be hosted by the managing director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Engr. Muhammed Odunowo with other aviation parastatals heads.
