Dana Air has once again reaffirmed its position as a leading customer friendly airline following its consecutive recognition as the Best Customer Service Airline in Nigeria.
The award was given during the 2015 edition of Nigerian Customer Service Award (NCSA) held recently in Lagos.
The NCSA is an annual award that celebrates service excellence in Nigeria by recognising companies that deliver effective and exceptional customer service with a view to make them leverage on value-orientation and encourage other entities to emulate such commitments to business social responsibilities.
According to the coordinator of the NCSA, Aliyu Ilias, Dana Air and the other outstanding companies were assessed based on their customer service practices in a process that includes customer feedback, review of staff and management processes that relate to customer service.
He said ‘’the NCSA helps organizations listen to the voice of their customers by conducting an independent assessment of quality customer service survey tools, to collect and analyze feedback from customers and grade their responses using world standard as benchmark’’.
Commenting on the award, the Accountable Manager of Dana Airlines, Obi Mbanuzuo said: “We are delighted to be named the best customer service airline in Nigeria yet again, and promise to continue to improve on the quality of our services and offerings.
