Travellers are in for a treat this Valentine period with special fares sales from Virgin Atlantic.
This was disclosed by Kudirat Scott-Igbene, Marketing and Communications Manager for the airline, in a statement.
The airline, which operates daily flights between Lagos Murtala Muhammed International Airport and London Heathrow, is offering two discounted fares to help connect the hopelessly romantic.
“If you are separated from your loved one by land or sea, fly to them in style from USD1, 316. This special rate offers a 15% discount and is available when buying one return ticket to London in Premium Economy class.
“Alternatively, spoil your loved one with a 50% discount on the second ticket when you buy two Premium Economy class return tickets to London. The total cost of the two tickets combined is from USD2, 320 leaving enough for a romantic dinner for two during your romantic break away.
“While some say distance makes the heart grow fonder, actually being and spending quality time with the object of your desire is always so much better. Connecting people is our business and that’s why we’ve put together these special Valentine’s offers”, Adrian Bird, Virgin Atlantic Country Manager West Africa, said.
