One of Nigeria’s fastest growing airlines, Air Peace, has launched daily flight services between Lagos and Accra, promising to offer its customers excellent and premium services.

At the ceremony in Accra, Nigeria High Commissioner in Ghana, Mrs. Adekunbi Sonaike-Ayodeji said Air Peace’s launch of its Lagos-Accra-Lagos route will strengthen the ties between Nigeria and Ghana.

Speaking at the Kotoka International Airport during the airline’s maiden Lagos-Accra flight on Thursday, Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Olajide assured air travellers of spectacular services.

Air Peace, she said, was set up by its Chairman, Chief Allen Onyema to contribute to the development of society and rescue able-bodied people from crime.

“Air Peace is a product of an undying determination to contribute to the development of society, offer hope to the hopeless and snatch able-bodied men and women from the jaws of crime. Many years ago, the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Barr. Allen Onyema, sought to take his passion for assisting members of the society to a new height. He decided to set up a venture to provide jobs for thousands of members of the society. He eventually settled for an airline after he was advised of its capacity to employ people in huge numbers.

air peace“In just about 28 months of operation, your darling airline has experienced tremendous growth. We have not only given air travellers a refreshingly new choice, but have continued to distinguish ourselves with our excellent on-time departure record and high safety and maintenance standards.

“The launch of our Lagos-Accra-Lagos route opens a new chapter in our spectacular flight operations. We are quite hopeful that our great experience here will guide our plan to expand into other regional and international routes in the days and months ahead”, she said.

According to her, it is a great privilege to be given the opportunity to provide seamless air travel between Ghana and Nigeria and help individuals and businesses connect their destinations with ease, promising not to lower the high standards the airline has been known for since it started operations.

“We are in Ghana to offer nothing but the best air travel experience and treat our customers with the greatest respect. We will continue to deepen the quality of our team in the days ahead. We will continue to honour our promise to place a non-negotiable premium on the comfort and safety of our valued customers”, she added.
